Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on all orders.
There are no hidden fees or additional shipping charges.
Delivery Terms

The estimated delivery date is displayed on each product page.

Delivery times depend on handling time and transit time, which may vary by product.

Handling and transit times are calculated in business days only (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Same-day dispatch applies to orders placed before 2:00 p.m. GMT. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

All delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to carrier performance, destination, customs clearance, or local conditions.
If you experience any delay or issue with your order, please contact us at info@royalepetz.com. We will promptly investigate with the logistics partner.
You will be notified by email once your order ships, and most carriers also send an SMS or notification with your tracking number.
Order & Shipping Notifications

Order Confirmation: After a successful purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order and order number.

Departure Confirmation: When your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive an email with the carrier name and tracking number.

Shipping Confirmation: Once shipped, tracking details will be sent by email. Some carriers may also contact you by text message or phone prior to delivery.
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, contact info@royalepetz.com immediately after purchase.

You have up to 3 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for next steps.
Inspection Window
Customers have 5 days from the delivery date to inspect their order and verify that all items and accessories are intact and correct.
After 5 days, the shipment is considered accepted, and claims related to shipping damage or missing items may no longer be eligible.

Tracking Numbers
Yes — once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
If you do not receive tracking information, please contact info@royalepetz.com.
Note: Weekends, public holidays, extreme weather, and customs processing are not included in estimated delivery times and may cause delays. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during business hours.
Signature Required
For security purposes, Royalepetz may require a signature upon delivery and/or add shipping insurance, particularly for domestic or high-value orders.
Non-Delivery Scenarios
1) Non-Delivery Due to Incorrect Address
1.1 Address Verification
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including recipient name, street address, city, state, postal code, and contact number.
1.2 Responsibility
Royalepetz is not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
1.3 Reshipping Fee
If a package is returned to sender due to an address error, a reshipping fee will apply. We will notify you of the cost, which must be paid before reshipment.
1.4 Refund Deduction
If you choose not to reship or cannot provide a correct address within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be issued minus:

Any original shipping costs incurred by Royalepetz (if applicable), and

Any return or reshipping fees charged by the carrier.
2) Non-Delivery Due to Recipient Absence
2.1 Receiving the Package
Customers are responsible for ensuring availability (or an authorized recipient) to receive the delivery.
2.2 Delivery Attempts
Carriers will make reasonable delivery attempts and may leave a notice or attempt to contact you.
2.3 Rescheduling
You may reschedule delivery directly with the carrier, subject to their policies.
2.4 Reshipping Fee
If a package is returned due to repeated failed delivery attempts, a reshipping fee will apply for any subsequent delivery.
2.5 Refund Deduction
If reshipment is declined, refunds may be processed minus original shipping costs (if any) and additional carrier fees.

Royalepetz reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
