You have 14 days from the date of delivery to report any issue and initiate a return or refund request—for any reason (including but not limited to: the item doesn’t fit, your pet doesn’t like the product, you changed your mind, or you received the wrong item).

Wait for return instructions — please do not send the item back to the address listed on the package or website, as that is not our return location.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.

🐾 Pet Products & Hygiene
All products sold on Royalepetz are intended for pets.
For hygiene and safety reasons, returned items must not have been used by a pet, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
🛠 Size & Fit Issues
For applicable items (such as pet apparel, harnesses, or adjustable accessories), please carefully review size guides before placing your order.
If the product significantly differs from the measurements listed on our website, we may offer a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.
🎨 Color Variations
Minor color variations due to screen or monitor settings are normal.
However, if the color significantly differs from what you ordered, you are eligible for a return or refund.
❌ Final Sale Items
Some products may be marked as Final Sale.
Final Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of damage or manufacturing defects.
Final Sale status will always be clearly indicated on the product page.
🔁 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item or size, please return the original item and place a new order.

Within 0–24 hours of order confirmation: 90% refund

Within 24–72 hours: 80% refund

After 72 hours and before shipping: 50% refund

After shipping: Orders cannot be canceled
